Peter Thomas Roth, LLC, marketed and sold three eyelash products, "Lashes to Die For," "Brows to Die For," and "Lashes to Die For Platinum." These products, sold at Sephora stores and online at Amazon.com, were marketed as growing longer, thicker eyelashes. The State alleged the company should have obtained FDA approval prior to marketing and selling these products because they contain drug compounds. Peter Thomas Roth has agreed to stop selling these products in Tennessee until they obtain approval from the Food and Drug Administration.
